What happens to your report

A human reads it against our published checklist — no auto-publishing, ever.
If it passes, it joins the aggregate for that provider. We show medians and ranges with sample sizes, never a wall of individual claims.
Your report never overrides our own checkout-verified prices — it's displayed as a separate, clearly labeled signal.
Wildly out-of-range numbers get scrutiny, not automatic rejection. Real outliers exist, and they're often the most useful data we get.

We never pay for or incentivize submissions, and providers cannot edit or remove them — they may submit a labeled response. Reports are self-submitted and unverified by definition; that's why they're presented as a community signal beside our verification, not instead of it.
