NAD+, priced next to its evidence

The NAD+ market runs from $39-a-month capsules to $1,000 IV sessions. We publish the prices — and we don't publish them without the trial data sitting right beside them.

The evidence, before the prices: Oral NR and NMN reliably raise blood NAD+ (roughly doubling it), but that biomarker change has not translated into consistent clinical benefit in human trials: meta-analysis of NMN RCTs found most glucose/lipid outcomes no different from control, and a review of human NR trials found largely null results on cognition, vascular and metabolic endpoints. No human trial shows a lifespan or aging-rate benefit. Injections and IVs have thinner controlled-trial support than oral precursors. These prices buy a validated biomarker change, not a validated health outcome. Key sources: NMN RCT meta-analysis · Science Advances review of NR trials · 2025 NMN-vs-NR review

How to read this market

The spread is the story. Raising blood NAD+ costs $39 a month in capsule form. The same biomarker change via weekly IV can cost $2,000+ a month. Since the measurable outcome — elevated NAD+ — is the same, and clinical endpoints remain unproven either way, price-per-evidence gets worse the further down this page you go. If you're going to experiment anyway, the rational end of the market is the top of it.
