Plain English, as required by the FTC and by self-respect.

The short version#

Right now, no link on this site earns us anything. We hold no affiliate relationship with any provider we track — not one of the 17 channels in the index. Every outbound link goes to the provider and pays us nothing.

That will change: we intend to take affiliate commissions where they are available, because this has to fund itself. When it does, this page will name every provider that pays us and the network it pays through, and it will do so automatically — the sentence you are reading is generated from the same dataset the rankings are, so it cannot fall out of date with what the links actually do.

What that money never does#

• It never changes a price we report. Prices come from verification, not negotiation.
• It never reorders a ranking or a table. Default ordering is by verified cost; our methodology governs everything else.
• It never buys placement, coverage, or edits. No provider previews our content.

The structural proof#

The cheapest options in our GLP-1 index are the manufacturers' own pharmacies (NovoCare, LillyDirect). They have no affiliate programs and pay us nothing. They sit at the top of our tables anyway, because that's where the numbers put them.

The stronger version of that argument is in the code rather than in this paragraph. Every ranking on this site is computed from the monthly price plus required fees; no ordering function reads the affiliate fields at all. A commission cannot move a row because there is no path by which it could, and the build fails if a link is monetised without naming the network that pays for it.

Where we have a relationship with a company beyond standard affiliate programs, we disclose it on the relevant page. We do not accept sponsored posts presented as editorial.

This disclosure applies site-wide and is referenced in the footer of every page, in accordance with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
