Editorial policy

The rules of the operation, written down so you can hold us to them.

Two kinds of content, two standards#

• Pricing & service journalism (the index, cost pages, provider reviews): verified against primary sources per our methodology, dated, and corrected in public via the changelog. No medical claims are made in this content.
• Health & lifestyle content (how medications work, diet and wellness guidance): held to an evidence-citation standard. Every physiological or clinical claim traces to peer-reviewed literature (PubMed-indexed journals, JAMA-class publications) or primary regulatory sources, cited on the page. We write for readers, not reviewers — the science sits underneath the prose, not on top of it — but the citations are always there to check. We use conservative language, we grade evidence honestly (a single small trial is called a single small trial), and we never publish dosing instructions or individual medical guidance.

Sourcing#

Prices: provider checkout flows and published pricing pages, with per-row source links. Regulatory claims: FDA, CMS, Federal Register, or primary legal sources. Reputation data: named third parties (Trustpilot, BBB), dated, linked, and reported as theirs — we do not invent ratings.

AI assistance#

We use AI tools for research and drafting. Every number is verified against sources per the methodology, and everything published is reviewed by a human. Errors are ours either way, and they get corrected in public.

Corrections#

Material errors get fixed in the article, noted at the bottom of it, and logged in the changelog. Price corrections update the dataset the same day they're confirmed.

What we don't do#

• No sponsored content dressed as editorial. No provider-paid placement.
• No affiliate links on research-use-only (RUO) peptide content, ever.
• No fake ratings, no invented "editor's scores" without published criteria and evidence.
• No medical advice. We report; your clinician advises.
