Telehealth — brand meds only (since Mar 2026) · A polished funnel selling brand meds at manufacturer-matching prices plus a $149/month membership — which makes the same Wegovy pill roughly double NovoCare's price. The 2026 legal file (FTC/Utah/LA County suit over health-data sharing and cancellation practices; the earlier Novo split) is exactly the kind of thing our flags column exists for.

Membership is mandatory and separate: the medication prices are marked "from" and exclude it, so the all-in figures here add $149/mo. Hims also lists a Wegovy Pill Microdosing Plan at the same $149 floor as the standard pill. Two products on its weight-loss page are approved for type 2 diabetes rather than weight loss and are not priced here as weight-loss options: Ozempic, from $149 as a pill and $199 as an injection, and Mounjaro at $1,899. A third Zepbound listing sits at $1,899 flat alongside the $299 vial and KwikPen; Hims does not say which presentation it is, and Lilly own terms state the $299 self-pay price covers the KwikPen or vial but not the single-dose Pen, which would explain it — we have not confirmed that and are not publishing it as the reason.
