ED medication cost without insurance (2026)
Generic sildenafil costs about 22 cents a tablet at the cash floor and up to $10 a dose through subscription telehealth. Same molecule, 45× the price. Every legitimate channel, priced per dose and per month.
The markup, measured: Generic sildenafil 100mg costs $0.22 a tablet at Cost Plus Drugs ($11.94 for 30, delivered) and $10 a dose at Ro — a 45× spread on the same FDA-approved molecule. Subscription telehealth charges roughly 15–45× the cheapest legitimate cash price; the difference buys the consult, the packaging, and the discretion. Amazon's RxPass covers sildenafil entirely for a flat $5/month (tadalafil is not on the list).
