Compare any two channels
120 possible head-to-heads from the 16 channels we track. Pick two and the same dataset that powers the index lays them out side by side — matched on drug and form, all-in, with the fees included.

How the matching works
- Same drug, same form, or no verdict. Hims' headline is a Wegovy pill at $298 all-in; Ro's is a Wegovy pen at $498. Putting those two numbers next to each other looks like a $200 gap and is really a pill against a pen. This tool matches products first and only compares within a match. Where two channels share nothing comparable, it says so instead of picking a winner.
- All-in means the fee is in. Where a membership is required to buy at all, it is part of the price, so it is added to every dose tier. Ro's $149/mo is not a separate decision from Ro's medication.
- Cheapest published dose, not the headline. Each side uses its own lowest published tier for the matched product. Your dose may be higher — the titration projector walks a full ladder.
- Month-to-month against month-to-month. Cora's compounded semaglutide is $175 monthly or $99 on a $1,188 annual prepay. Comparing that $99 against a rival's cancel-anytime price would hand the win to whoever demands the longest contract. Annual rates appear in the table, labelled, and stay out of the verdict. A channel that publishes nothing but annual pricing — Trimi — has no monthly figure here at all, the same call the index makes.
- Blank is blank. We do not divide an annual price by twelve and present it as a monthly one, and we do not estimate a medication cost for the programs that bill it separately.
What this is not. It is not clinical guidance and not a recommendation of a provider. Which drug is
right for you, at what dose, and whether any of these is appropriate at all are questions for a licensed
clinician. Prices are listed prices on the researched date; the checkout is the final word.
Pricing tool, not medical advice. Listed prices on the researched date; a checkmark means we walked that row to checkout, and everything else is the provider's own published figure. Required fees are included in every all-in number. Some links may earn commissions; nothing here is ordered by compensation — disclosure.
